BOOMBox Online Radio Player

Quick Overview:
    BOOMBox is a small program that gives you quick, easy, categorized and searchable access to thousands of online radio stations at the click of a mouse. It is easy to use out of the box and has advanced features available to those who want more from online radio. BOOMBox has an easy to use main interface with quick and easy access to online radio stations. Use the Short category listing to get to the most popular genres of music online, or use the comprehensive Complete category listing to find the more specific genre of music that interests you. Once you found a genre that interests you and you send the program to get you a list of radio stations fitting your interest it can also display all the songs currently playing on all the stations that came back for quick and easy access to the songs you want to hear. You can also skip all that with a built-in search option to quickly list all radio stations playing your favorite kind of music, your favorite artist, or a specific song that you just cant get out of your head. Found a certain station that plays your kind of music? BOOMBox carries its own favorites database for you to get back to those stations that you like without having to dig through the listings again. You can also edit the station display and short description for better categorizing.

    A huge bonus we offer in BOOMBox is a built in recorder that allows you to save the music your currently listening on your hard drive. The recorder is easy to operate to quickly get you recording off your favorite online radio station, but also offers a powerful set of tools to get the most out of it. The recorder can detect song-changes and save the songs into separate files each labeled the song that was playing. It also comes with Advanced Song Change Detection which will create near-perfect song cuts on your PC so when you record each file contains that song and only that song.
